An die Klasse des Originals kommt ja nichts heran ... aber Hellboy and the könnte auf den besten Weg dahin sein.1952 ist für mich als Fan handwerklich gut gemacht und gut, aber die letzten beiden Hefte der Serie 1953 waren "richtig" gut.1953 könnte also richtig gut werden, es ist ja eigentlich immer noch regulärer Hellboy mit seinem neuen Co-Autor (Der Autor von IZombie) geschrieben.
Ich werde weiterhin jeden von Mike Mignola gezeichneten Comic kaufen - klar. Was Ideen, Inhalt und Substanz in aktuellen und zukünftigen Serien des Hellboy- Universums angeht lasse ich mich überraschen, gebe den Dingen (wie bisher) ihre Chance - aber große Erwartungen habe ich nicht mehr. Diese Hellboy-Figur sieht wirklich hammer aus. Da juckt es selbst Sparfuchs Schaaff in den Fingern. Schade, daß so etwas nicht in der 12"- Reihe von Marvel Legends erscheint. Habe mir da Spider-Man, Venom, Deadpool und ganz aktuell den Black Panther zugelegt - sehr beeindruckende, detailreiche und relativ kostengünstige Actionfiguren, die mich begeistern.
